Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)">
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment">
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting instruction accordingly">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification">
  • Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others">
  • A commitment to providing high-quality education and care, with a focus on child safety and well-being">
  • Current Working with Children Check, First-Aid Certificate, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training">
