This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia's leading raged care providers, with an evolving work culture, surrounded by a supportive team. They work across aged care, community and pastoral care, disability care, Early EdCare and family and relationship care. A busy workload has created this exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to assist with their high volume recruitment.

Whilst this is a 6-month contract, you will have the chance to prove yourself with possibility for extension

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across various disciplines and levels
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and metrics
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
- The ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills

- A competitive hourly rate of $45 - $55 per hour plus super, dependant on experience
