Operating nationally for 40 years, we specialise in repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged by insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact, and malicious damage.
An exciting opportunity exists for someone with a customer service background to join our growing team in Belmont, WA.
The Project Coordinator will manage the Client Portfolio and oversee the operational performance of the client, focusing on revenue, margin results, and quote success.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Supervisors, Estimators, and Trades
Coordinating reinstatement works and scheduling appointments
Preparing job-specific documentation, reports, quotes, and invoices
Updating systems and stakeholders regularly
Submitting reports and quotes
Ensuring repairs meet internal and client service level agreements
Knowledge and Experience
Experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator is desirable
Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels
Experience in insurance repairs, facilities management, or construction is advantageous
As the insurance building sector is affected by weather events, occasional overtime may be required during such times.
