For more than 30 years we have specialised in repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.About the RoleWe are looking for highly motivated, experienced person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.The Claims Coordinator is responsible for the day to day customer service and administration of property insurance claims.
You will be dealing with clients, internal staff members and customers.
A background of building knowledge is desired but the right work ethic will get you over the line.Key Activities include but are not limited to:Maintaining a high level of communication with all stakeholdersLiaising with the policyholder throughout the life of the repair on key decisions relating to their worksLiaising with insurance companies and loss adjusters throughout the total claim lifeAssisting with daily telephone calls, emails and administrationProcessing new claims, arranging estimators and submitting quotes while adhering to KPIsMonitoring incoming and outgoing correspondenceKeeping constant and up-to-date correspondence in databaseDesired Skills:Experience with Property Insurance Claims and/or a have a solid property/facilities/construction backgroundBe results driven, striving to meet and exceed our KPI'sExceptional organisational and time management skillsProactive and solution focusedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailHigh level of computer competency in knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 toolsAbility to thrive in a teamThis is a fast paced, extremely busy, customer service focused environment.If you feel you have the a positive can do attitude, attention to detail along with a pro-active manner, please APPLY NOW as we would be happy to hear from you.To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below
