- The **Leading Hand (A1)** is responsible for the onsite support, leadership & guidance to the Field Delivery Teams.
- Tool Of Trade vehicle
- 10/4 Roster
- $4.00 per hour site allowance
- Regional and Metropolitan work - LAFHA for regional work up to $341.90 per day
- Another rate increase in October

**About the Role**
- Facilitate and deliver planned works on time
- Ensuring your team is compliant and has access to all tools and equipment
- Carry out work efficiently will all relevant project details recorded accurately
- Liaising and supporting field supervisors with regards to works delivery

**About you**:

- Authorised to work on the Western Power network
- Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
- Current driver's licence - HR or above
- EWP, HRWL- DG, LF
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in a similar position
