Due to expansion and consistent growth, we require an experienced& dynamic Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our Team based in Wangara, Perth.

The Roof Safety division is responsible for complete design, supply, installation, certification and/or audits of roof safety systems whilst ensuring compliance to Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements.

A key focus will be on building strong and ongoing working relationships with clients and key stakeholders. This is a hands-on position, and the suitable candidate will be self-motivated and excel in working within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Haz-Ed Services is an Australian owned business offering services and solutions for people working in high-risk hazardous environments. For over 13 years, Haz-Ed have been working closely with the mining, construction and government sectors providing Workplace Health & Safety Consultancy, Training, Roof Safety installations, and Sales.  We provide education and training that allows personnel to work safely in their areas of employment.

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years working as a Leading Hand / Supervisor in the Building and Construction industry
  • Strong focus on workplace health and safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Continuous improvement in all aspects of the role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to show initiative
  • Strong computer skills

Qualifications:

  • Nationally recognised current work safely at heights certification
  • Current police clearance
  • Current WA drivers licence
  • White card
  • Trade background is desirable
  • Experience in roof safety systems is desirable
