Job TitleSafety Quality & Compliance Advisor Hunter Region & Central CoastJob Description SummaryAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Safety, Quality and Compliance Advisor to join our team supporting Schools Infrastructure NSW.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality service environment across our operations.You will work closely with the Account Manager and delivery teams to uphold WHS standards, manage compliance, and foster strong relationships with contractors and clients.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with WHS legislation and Cushman & Wakefield standardsConduct audits and reviews of contractor safety documentationDrive proactive risk management and incident reportingSupport onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and contractorsMaintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory trainingDeliver timely and accurate safety and compliance reportingIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesFoster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersAbout YouMinimum 2 yearsâ experience in WHS and quality systems managementStrong knowledge of OH&S legislation (Australia & NZ)IRCA Lead Auditor (ISO 45001) certification is a plusSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)Excellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage ambiguity and solve complex problemsFormal WHS qualifications preferredExperience with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standardsICAM Training would be desirableMinimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
