Laundy Hotels are looking for an experienced
**Digital Marketing Executive** to support the Digital Marketing Manager by planning and executing the marketing plan for the Laundy Hotels venues across all digital channels.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing and promotional activities in line with venue goals and objectives.

There are number of key projects underway that will transform our approach to marketing and customer experience. These include, but are not limited to, the implementation of a new reservation management system, website re-platforming and the creation of a centralised reservations and events team.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Marketing Executive with Laundy Hotels, you will be responsible for:

- Building, planning, and implementing the overall digital marketing business plan
- Updating and ongoing maintenance of all owned digital platforms
- Coordinating paid media advertising campaigns and creative assets
- Copywriting for websites, digital advertisements, EDMs and other digital media
- Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools
- Analysing digital marketing results and sharing insights with the team to develop optimisation plans
- Keeping on top of digital trends and helping to identify new digital opportunities

**WHO ARE YOU**

As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing
- Minimum 2 years' hand-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta and CRM software
- Experience in the hospitality industry and Drupal is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications or related field
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Critical thinker with a sense of ownership and pride in performance
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Note this position is based in our Head Office, located in Drummoyne 2047 NSW.
