We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a speech pathology receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients, their families, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.

- Respond to inquiries, provide information about our services, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.

- Effectively communicate with clients and their families in both English and Vietnamese.

- Translate documents and written materials as needed to facilitate communication between staff and clients.

- Ensure clear understanding of clients' needs and concerns, and relay information accurately to the speech pathology team.

- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining client files in an organized manner.

- Handle billing and payment processing accurately and confidentially.

- Help manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

- Demonstrate empathy and sensitivity towards clients and their families.

- Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

- Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork.

- Collaborate with the speech pathology team to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive client experience.

- Communicate effectively with team members and support them in administrative tasks when required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software.

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (preferred but not required).

- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

- Familiarity with speech pathology or healthcare settings is a plus, but not required.
