In your full-time permanent Relationship Manager Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) with Maxxia you will build strong relationships with clients to facilitate and execute staff engagement in novated leasing and salary packaging.
Whilst establishing new relationships, you will nurture B2B and B2C relationships with Corporates and Not-For-Profit Organisations. You will drive growth of uptake of novated leasing and salary packaging whilst also ensuring client retention across Maxxia's SME portfolio.
Day to day you will provide exceptional client relationship management, facilitate client and customer education activities and identify future opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
This role comes with a high level of autonomy but receives a high level of support from the staff your Manger and team along with all related functions of the business, to assist with the achievement of the role's KPI's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with SME clients to drive initiatives that expand their employee's participation in salary packaging benefits.
- Driving the 4 R's - Relationships, Reach, Revenue and Retention.
Partner with Maxxia's Customer Development and Implementation teams to onboard and monetise new SME clients.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans with SME clients to facilitate education requirements and build a strong awareness via multiple communication channels (face to face, education sessions, Teams)
- Provide timely and value-adding services to SME clients to build advocacy and retention of client contracts.
- Maintain all client and site data by ensuring CRM information is kept up to date
You will bring:
