**Who We Are**

As a proud Queensland-owned company with offices along the east coast of Australia, we have a rapidly growing & dynamic team consisting of administrators, schedulers, technicians, and sales managers.

As the Sure Power team continues to expand, we are looking for a highly-motivated Service Technician to join our vibrant team. This role will see you working autonomously across Greater Brisbane and SEQ, predominantly performing maintenance on UPS systems. Additionally, you will represent the Sure Power team by building relationships with our customers, promoting Sure Power's services, and achieving high customer satisfaction.

**What Is Expected;**
- Work either autonomously or within a team.
- To be included in the on-call roster, working one week at an additional rate.
- Standard work hours of 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Commission, repair, and maintain various UPS systems.
- Work is predominantly in Brisbane with some travel around SEQ.

**What is Required**

In this position, you will have a history of service work. Having an understanding of UPS systems will be beneficial. You will also possess traits such as demonstrating a high level of customer focus, attention to detail, self-motivated, andability to think critically and problem solve. Furthermore, to truly succeed you will be required to have the following;
- A valid, full electrical licence
- A valid driver's licence
- Great customer-facing skills
- Eagerness to excel in the industrial sector
- A driven work ethic that reflects the Sure Power team

**We are offering the following**:
