**Job Description**:
We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced, customer focused professional to join our amazing team at Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites as Co-Caretaker.

This exciting position allows you to live onsite and utilize your exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for managing caretaking responsibilities throughout the Hotel from 10pm - 6am, on a rotating roster. Compensation accommodation is provided.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing efficient and professional service, ensuring a smooth check in for guests
- Facilitating late arrivals for check in
- Responding and managing emergencies in the building that occur after standard hours
- Responding to noise complaints
- Providing guest with assistance when "answering service" is unable to deal with a problem (Note: All after ordinary business hours calls will be forwarded to an answering service)
- Completing the after-hours call-out log book for all call-outs
- Ensuring all information is handed over to the Company's oncoming staff for the next shift

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within a Front Office/ Customer Focused position within a Hotel environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence
- Professional presentation
- Availability to live onsite and work night shift on an ongoing basis
