We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team leader to join our hotel staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or motel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team
  • Clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
  • Ensure that all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities and materials
  • Maintain accurate records of lost property and report any issues
  • Use chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to hotel protocols
  • Assist with call Housekeeping and Caretaking duties as required

Requirements:

  • Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills
  • Have a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High standard of personal grooming and presentation
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
