Build your career in an environment with no red tape, experience the ability to perform at your best Australia's iconic developer is offering a Senior Strategic Development Planner the opportunity to join the Executive Team to create Sydney's largest high-rise projects. You will have the support of the entire senior management team.

This Executive position will oversee the Planning Department managing all Government relations across policy areas. Successful applicant will have experience across government and private sector specialising in large scale residential developments managing projects strategically, rezoning and VPAs engaging with relevant Government Members, Ministers, Councils using your experience and network to achieve goals.

**Key experience;**
- Development planning in private sector is essential
- Manage progress on planning and policy, avoid escalation
- Large scale residential, mixed-use projects
- Liaising and advising Executive Management team, reporting to the MD
- Achieving desired outcome working with Local and State Governments, Planning Panels, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers and the entire corporate department.
- Experience with Land and Environment Court

- Over 10 Years' Experience
- Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
