
Production Planner

Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery and vehicles. They pride themselves on a collaborative and innovative working environment. They are looking for a Production Planner to join the team at their new state of the art facility at Marsden Park.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll produce and maintain production and subcontract schedules within plant capacity. Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and maintain production schedules, work orders, and subcontract purchase orders to meet DIFOT targets.
- Liaise with the Planning Supervisor, ERP system, and operations to align customer demand with plant capacity.
- Maintain ERP planning parameters, BOMs, and part master data for timely material delivery and production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in stocktake and inventory reconciliation processes.
About You:
- Supply Chain qualification highly regarded.
- Experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and Office skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work autonomously.
