QLM is Australia's leading innovative and service driven label and flexible packaging manufacturer and we are looking for an Experienced _**Pouch Machine Operator**_to join our team based in **Moorabbin.**

As a Pouch Machine Operator with QLM, you play a crucial role in the Production department by ensuring the efficient operation of pouch making machinery. Your contribution directly impacts the company's success by maintaining high-quality production standards and meeting output targets. This role is essential for streamlining the packaging process and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in pouch-making, flexible packaging, or similar manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with pouch sealing, cutting, and forming technologies
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach to process improvement and team collaboration

**Reporting to the Production Manager your responsibilities will include**:

- Running a variety of pouch machines in a timely and efficient manner
- Carry out work in accordance with company safety and quality processes and procedures
- Meet Production output KPI's
- Work with integrity and be a team player

**Excellent Working Conditions**:

- Full time: permanent 40 hour week
- Annual salary reviews + bonus structure for meeting production targets
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Moorabbin VIC 3189: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
