Pouch Operator Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pouch Operator Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in operating pouch machines, while working collaboratively with a cross-functional team.

  • Set up and run pouch machines to produce high-quality products efficiently.
  • Maintain production standards by adhering to quality control procedures and effective run rates.
  • Follow established material handling procedures and all instructions on work orders and safe operating practices (SOP).
  • Conduct regular quality checks and maintain records of production and waste.
  • Stage equipment and secondary packaging as required for production jobs based on the production schedule.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve production efficiency and workflow.
  • Develop skills in using basic hand tools and observing safety rules.
