**Overview**

The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously and have a strong work ethic with good attention to detail and a positive attitude.Training will be on the day shift until the training period is completed; after that, your normal working hours are 2 am-8 am, Monday through Friday.

**Your day-to-day routine will look something like this**:

- Keying in customer orders - Data entry
- Creating and processing orders
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends
- General filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

**All about you**:

- Past experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent phone manners
- Previous exp in XERO is a bonus
- Experience within the meat industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook)
- An eye for detail and a customer-focused attitude
- Must possess own transport to commute to work as the location is hard to find

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
