Blink Property is seeking a driven Property Manager & Licensee to lead our Adelaide office and manage a growing portfolio while driving new business opportunities.About the RoleAs the Property Manager & Licensee , you will take on a senior leadership role overseeing property management operations in Adelaide, while ensuring compliance with rental legislation and company standards.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage a portfolio and focus on business growth.Key Responsibilities :Carry out all duties of a Senior Property Manager and Licensee-in-ChargeManage end-to-end property management including leasing, arrears, maintenance, and complianceEnsure adherence to South Australian rental legislation and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationshipsDrive business development through new client acquisition and sales-to-rental conversionsWhat We're Looking For5 -10 years' experience in real estate sales and / or property managementProven results in winning and converting new businessStrong knowledge of rental legislation and complianceCertificate of Registration or Class 1 Real Estate Licence (essential) or willing to obtain immediatelyHigh level of customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skillsTech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and digital toolsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and results-orientedCompetitive salary package : + Super + Car AllowanceAttractive commission structure – 50% of first week's rent on new businessLaptop, desktop, and swipe card providedOpportunity to lead an Adelaide-based team in a rapidly growing companyWork with a supportive national network of property professionalsAbout UsBlink Property is a dynamic, forward-thinking real estate company with a strong national presence.
