About the Role
Newtown State School is seeking a Deputy Principal for the commencement of the 2025 school year following the retirement of our long standing Deputy Principal.
The successful applicant must have a demonstrated understanding of the key expectations and responsibilities of a Deputy. Excellent understandig of timetabling, One School, operational procedures, PBL and responding to behaviour using trauma informed practices. It is also essential that the successful applicant have a strong understanding of the Department's current curriculum direction and have previous experience in implementing this.
