You'll resolve client queries, use tailored communication, and make financial decisions aligned with client needs and budgets.
You'll also manage information, engage stakeholders, and work in a collaborative team.This full-time role (38 hours, Monday–Friday) offers comprehensive 3-month training, followed by flexible work: 2 days from home, 3 in the office.Skills and ExperienceProven success in dynamic, client-focused, and team environmentsCustomer service background, call centre experience is advantageousExperience in empathetically addressing clients with disabilities, mental health issues, and adverse personal circumstancesLife skills encompassing financial literacy, including budgeting, bank account management, and prioritising financial responsibilitiesAdept at multitasking with Microsoft Office expertise.
