THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a full-time Interior Design Consultant to join our talented and dedicated team in our Loganholme office. As an Interior Design Consultant,your primary focus is to provide comprehensive and outstanding support and assistance to our clients through the selection process for their new home in a timely and professional manner.

Some responsibilities of this role include:

- Plan and prepare for scheduled appointments ensuring that all documentation to conduct the consultation are correct and in place
- Provide clients with suggestions, guidance and advice on selecting internal and external colour schemes, appliances and fittings within our ranges
- Provide clients advice on all products and upgrades
- Complete all documentation and detailed variations required to facilitate the customers colour and material selections within the set timelines
- Working collaboratively with sales and other relevant departments
- Host gallery tours
- Stay up to date on new, emerging market trends and product knowledge

WHO YOU ARE

Naturally, we are seeking people with a passion for colour, design and new interior design trends. Understanding the meaning of delivering excellent customer service is also a must. If you've got previous experience in interior or lighting design within residential building and construction, even better If not, that's okay too These roles are also open to budding interior designers so if you're still at uni or just graduated then we'd love to hear from you.

Don't get us wrong, this can be a demanding role at times where solid administrative skills can be just as important as creativity, so the ability to meet deadlines and have demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are essential. You will be an exceptional communicator and able to build rapport with a diverse client group. Flexible work habits and the ability to positively contribute to a dynamic team in order to achieve set targets and KPIs is also crucial.
