**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

**About the Role**

corrective maintenance to Talison Lithium Pty Ltd (**Talison, Company**) infrastructure, mobile equipment, fixed

plant processes and pumping systems at Greenbushes Operations (**Greenbushes, Site, Mine**) on a 7:7 continuous

shift roster.

**Responsibilities include**:
**_List daily/weekly/monthly main responsibilities: _**
- On a daily basis, carry out a documented workplace inspection;
- Daily communication with Infrastructure Coordinator;
- Ensuring daily Take 5, JSA, Safe work instruction compliance and signing these off;
- On a daily basis ensure team compliance and complete maintenance timesheets to record work time against

work orders and project man hours recorded and passed onto Maintenance Officer;
- Inclusion in the after hour call out roster;
- Weekly comprehensive handover with incoming supervisor;
- Weekly documented safety toolbox meetings with each shift on return from break;
- Weekly input to work scope planning;
- Engaging and manage contractors to ensure work scope goals met;
- On a needs basis, create purchase requests for spare parts and supplies;
- Assign workers to duties such as maintenance, repair, or renovation as per plan;
- To report all accidents and incidents and to ensure that corrective / remedial action is carried out;
- Involvement with accident investigations and outcomes;
- Install and repair mechanical systems, apparatus and components of industrial machinery and equipment;
- Follow mechanical code, manuals, schematic drawings, blueprints and other specifications;
- Replaced damaged or broken parts, using hand tools;
- Diagnose and test malfunctioning equipment. Discuss malfunction and outcome with other maintenance

workers; and
- Carry out housekeeping tasks during and after maintenance to ensure safe work areas.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Mechanical Trade Qualifications.

**Skills**
- Minimum 5 year post trade experience ;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to estimate;
- Understanding of workshop capability;
- Experience in diagnosing equipment faults;
- Ability to interpret plans and drawings;
- Ability to identify critical spares;
- Interpreting technical manuals;
- Decision making and problem solving skills;
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team;
- Understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems;
- Understanding of Pumping Systems;
- Understanding of mineralogy and process operation;
- Understanding of CCMS;
- Working knowledge of standards and codes; and
- Experience in Job Safety Analysis and Toolbox meetings
- good problem-solving skills;
- must be a team player and support all others on site;
- must be responsible; and
- experience in Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment.
