**The Business**

**Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd (GNI)** are specialists in delivering end to end innovative solutions in multiple sectors across Australia. Specialising in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy; as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP).

**The Project**

Genus has been awarded a contract for the design, construction and commissioning of approximately 41 kilometres of underground and overhead power distribution infrastructure at Fortescue's Eliwana mine site.

**The Role**
**Successful applicant will be responsible for**:

- Provide daily support and guidance to improve Team performance.
- Supervise, monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure that all work is on schedule, to required quality and client specifications.
- Assist in the creation of electrical and instrumentation Work Packs/Test Packs.
- Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are kept up to date and all changes are accounted for in a timely manner.
- Liaise with internal Engineering and Project Teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve the Project performance goals.

**Essential criteria**
- Trade Qualifications in Electrotechnology, Electrical Instrumentation or relevant similar field.
- Valid, unrestricted WA Electrical Workers License.
- Qualifications in Construction Leadership and Supervision.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance roles.
- Valid Driver's License - "C" Class"

**Desirable criteria**
- Experience in the mining sector
- Proficient in Microsoft word
- High Risk Work Licence - WP, DG, RB
- West Australian based
