**About Our Client**:
The client is a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments.
- Reception and office administration - answering phones, dealing with centre visitors, managing diaries and travel, distributing mail and filing
- Providing administrative support to Centre Management staff
- Log all tenant maintenance issues
- Issue tenant Memos as directed
- Database Management and Filing
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Process vendor invoices through to head office for payment. This includes ensuring the invoices are addressed correctly, contain the correct Purchase Order number and are approved by the relevant Centre Management staff under the delegated authority
- Monthly Sales Input - This includes direct tenant communications to ensure monthly collection deadlines are achieved
- Assist with collection of rental from tenants, including resolving any disputes.
- Ad hoc duties as required
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an Admin Support role
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written with the ability to maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Pragmatic, enthusiastic and energetic
- Immediately available
- Proficient across MS Office Suite and other platforms
