**About the Role**:
As a global OEM, we are paving the way with new technology. We are seeking a dynamic, confident and experienced Business Intelligence Systems Specialist**to join our National IT Department in our Para Hills West Head Office and will be pivotal in providing technical support for Business Intelligence (BI) systems and tools.
**Skills and Duties**:
Start immediately and provide timely and effective BI solutions to the business by:
- Collaborating with the business to understand BI requirements and ensure technical solutions align with needs
- Ensuring the smooth operation, integration, and optimisation of solutions whilst focussing on data accuracy, completeness and integrity
- Support integration with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms
- Maintaining detailed documentation and configuration for departmental use and future support
- Proactively identify system performance improvements and manage and resolve incidents to minimise disruption to business operations and improve the user experience and process efficiency.
**Essential Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a degree qualification in Information Technology coupled with demonstrated experience with BI platforms and supported processes and high-level proficiency with BI tools
- Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills to write proposal documents and reports
- High level of analytical problem solving and critical thinking to support data analysis and interpretation.
Applicants successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening process which includes drug and alcohol testing.
