**COMPANY PROFILE**

Majestic Glass was established over 25 years ago and has been providing Sydney residents with top quality window glass repair, replacement and installation services on select brands of quality glass & aluminium products. We are now undergoing a major investment and transformation program to capitalise on substantial market opportunities.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager who is either experienced in the aluminium and glass or an equivalent field to drive process improvement across the entire spectrum.

**THE ROLE**

As the General Manager you will be responsible for driving capacity, efficiency and sustainability. At a foundational level you control risk and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements. At a people level, you will be a values-based, collaborative leader who encourages involvement and consultation. You enjoy establishing goals with your team, building commitment to change, and creating a high-performance culture based on engagement, clear accountabilities and results allowing you to drive business transformation at a sustainable pace. You will be required to implement a new system.

You will be driving business growth and addressing market opportunities. You will use technology to interpret data and make informed decisions. At a personal level you will be building rapport with customers to build trust, respect and long term business relationships.
