We are looking for driven and motivated Offshore experienced HSE/PTW Officer with proven PTW experience who wish to progress their careers in offshore onboard an accommodation Barge.

**Responsibilities**

The Permit Control and HSE Support Officer is responsible for overseeing and enforcing safety protocols, permit control, and health regulations to ensure the well-being of personnel and the environment during the decommissioning operations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and risk management specific to offshore decommissioning activities.

The HSE/PTW responsibilities include.
- Permit Control Management
- Health/Safety & Environment Support
- Regulatory Compliance Assistance
- Risk Management and Incident Response Support
- Training and Communication Support

**Requirements**:

- Australian Work Rights (Passport with at least 6-month validity).
- Certificate of Medical Fitness (STCW or OGUK)
- OPITO T/BOSIET (Or Equivalent Industry STCW Basic Fire and Survival Technique Training)
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID011 of equivalent)
- Working at Height (RIIWHS204D or equivalent)
- Confined Space Entry & Permit Issuer (RIIWHS202D or equivalent)
- Mental Health First Aid
- Cert. IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419 or Equivalent)
- Excellent understanding of Permit to work process and procedures.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in offshore operations or decommissioning projects.
- Strong understanding of permit control systems and processes.
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to offshore decommissioning.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
