**About the Role**

As a Room Leader, you'll be at the heart of our Toddler room, leading a dedicated team to create a warm, engaging, and high-quality learning environment. You'll:

- Drive our interest-based curriculum that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Foster independence and school readiness through engaging learning experiences
- Supervise and interact with children, leading group times and play-based activities.
- Build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child thrives.
