We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Delivery team working in our Chatswood office

You will work end to end to deliver lower complexity projects and assist other Project Managers on larger scale projects to ensure seamless delivery. This is the perfect opportunity for a Project Coordinator looking to start managing projects and step into a PM role down the track

What you'll be doing:

- Managing low complexity projects with all aspects of the project cycle (from inception to completion)
- Get handover and briefing from Presales or sales team on your project
- Coordination, attendance at and minuting of all meetings
- Compilation and review of all project documentation for your projects (drawings, specifications, reports etc.)
- Acting as the first point of contact for your projects and
- Preparation of status update reports for issue to the client regularly along project
- Management and supporting ownership of Project Management tools
- Use project management tools and methodologies to efficiently deliver projects
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Arrange invoices, NetSuite Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for suppliers and sub-contractors
- Write basic scope of works documents using templates and work with Project Engineers to arrange basic project drawings and documentation
- Arrange hardware supply and delivery through the IPL team and work with installation partners to install hardware on site
- Assisting other Project Managers as required

**Qualifications** You'll have**:

- 2-5 Years experience in project coordinator or fuel management company
- Worked with refueling infrastructure highly regarded
- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or a Diploma of Project Management (or above)
- An understanding of Project Management or the ability to learn quickly
- Intermediate to advanced skills within the Microsoft Office suite
- A highly-motivated attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- An energetic and positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Able to work autonomously to deliver
