The global growth of Australia's leading activewear brand has opened an amazing opportunity within our Marketing team as a Brand Manager at Lorna Jane HQ. In this role you will lead the Creative Campaign Specialist to build and activate storytelling campaigns that amplify the Lorna Jane brand.

You Will
- Support and lead the Creative Campaign Specialist to build key campaign strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of photoshoot campaigns and creative asset delivery through leadership of deadlines.
- Translate and present brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs, whilst establishing performance specifications, cost and key measurables to determine market activation success.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activities.
- Partner with the Digital Media and Marketing Operations Manager to create a seamless brand voice across the market.
- Create integrated omni-channel marketing activations based on market segments, product development and consumer insight to gain new customers and build repeat business.
- Briefing out collateral needs across the marketing team for copyright, PR, promotional partnerships, and digital marketing.
- Partner with stock and retail teams to identify strategic programs to build demand and stimulate sell through across retail and online.
About You...
- Minimum five years' experience working in brand marketing managing high budget paid media campaigns.
- Formal qualification in marketing is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective omni-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical reporting skills with a creative mind.
- Ability to lead content creation and creative teams with high attention to detail and highly developed creative briefing and feedback skills.
