You'll be at the forefront of Westpac's engagement with high-performing Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI), including asset managers, super funds, and global investors.
Based in Sydney, this full-time role within our Institutional Bank's Financial Institutions & Government (FIG) industry team offers the opportunity to lead strategic conversations, originate new business, and build meaningful relationships across a diverse client portfolio.You'll collaborate with product specialists and global teams to deliver tailored financial solutions, drive industry insights, and showcase Westpac's capabilities.

What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you'll need relationship-building skills, financial expertise, and a collaborative mindset.
Key requirements include:Proven ability to build, grow, and manage relationships with financial sponsors and institutional investors.Strong experience in corporate and structured debt, with a solid understanding of credit risk management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident engaging at senior levels.High numeracy skills and comfort navigating complex financial systems and data.A team-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively across global teams and product areas.We aim to become our customers' banking partner for life and seek passionate individuals committed to this goal.
