An exciting opportunity has become available on a strategic change program within our Technology, Data and Digital (TDD) division for a Senior Change Manager. As a key member of the Program team, you will be responsible for, in collaboration with business stakeholders, identifying, analysing and managing impacts resulting from changes to processes, systems and data delivered by the Program. This role will be an integral part of the Program team, working closely with the Head of Data, the Program Manager, and the Technical Data Leads.

**What's the role?**
- Perform change impact assessments to understand how the change initiatives have the potential to impact our broad range of stakeholders
- Develop and execute change & communications plans, taking into consideration the scope, timing and dependencies of our change initiatives
- Collaborate with learning & development teams to ensure appropriate knowledge & training documentation is prepared
- Provide consistent transparency to key stakeholders through succinct reporting regarding our change readiness and recognition of any key risks or issues
- Ensure a post implementation support plan including clear escalation paths exist to be able to quickly react to any unforeseen issues
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business to help solve problems and address issues quickly

**Who are you?**
- Experience operating in complex, cross-functional, matrix environments with high numbers of stakeholders
- Experience working with technical stakeholders and able to translate technical outcomes into business language
- A critical thinker with the ability to connect the dots and identify solutions
- Good attention to detail and ability to draw conclusions and insights from data
- An effective communicator (written and verbal) who tailors ideas in ways that are appropriate to the target audience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels
