This is a full-time position reporting to the DFR Team Lead - Medical Coordinator, and offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive team while making a meaningful contribution.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Booking and managing appointments
- Coordinating logistics with Doctors, Psychologists, and Nurses
- Providing general admin support to keep the clinic running efficiently

**What we're looking for**:
You're highly organised, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced admin role with lots of moving parts. You'll ideally bring:

- Great attention to detail and a focus on quality service
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical admin setting
- A current Working With Children Check
- ** Australian citizenship** (essential to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance)
