About The RoleYou will coordinate periodic, triggered, and pre-employment health assessments in line with The Standard, policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements. Maintain accurate records in our systems to support safe rail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate health assessments in line with The Standard, policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements.
- Maintain accurate upload and management of medical data in our system, respecting all privacy requirements.
- Maintain employee information within health assessment provider systems to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Experience in a health, workers compensation, or allied health professional setting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and provide proactive and responsive advice to stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills with employees, leaders, and external service providers.
