As a purpose-driven company, we connect thousands of people with disability and older Australians to independent support workers of their choosing and on terms that suit them.Since 2014, we have facilitated over 25 million hours of support and have been recognized on the AFR's Top 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, and previously awarded Australian Growth & Technology Growth Company of the Year.Joining Mable means working in a high productivity, dynamic environment, leading to meaningful change in Australia's care and support sectors.To learn more, visit the roleDue to rapid growth, Mable is seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty and Retention to design, lead, and optimize our customer loyalty and retention strategy.Reporting to the Head of CRM, this senior role will be the business lead for loyalty, shaping and executing the end-to-end strategy across marketing, development, and roadmap initiatives.You will drive customer growth through powerful nurture and retention programs that deepen engagement and deliver measurable impact.Key responsibilities include:Designing and delivering a data-driven loyalty strategy that maximizes customer retention and lifetime value.Leading the launch and continuous evolution of Mable's loyalty offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.Leveraging insights from customer behavior and program performance to optimize strategies, boost engagement, and improve ROI.Partnering with marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to embed loyalty initiatives across customer touchpoints.Driving innovation through personalization and automation to create tailored customer experiences.Overseeing loyalty partnerships and vendors to ensure collaboration and program effectiveness.Developing initiatives that increase engagement, repeat bookings, and brand affinity.Managing cross-channel marketing automation, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messaging.Staying updated on martech trends and loyalty best practices to keep Mable at the forefront.About youWe are looking for candidates with:8+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, or retention marketing with proven impact.A strong analytical mindset, confident in turning data into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation (Braze experience highly regarded).
