A & T Financial Advisers are an established and growing professional firm focused on helping our clients plan and secure their financial future.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a person to join our team in a part time Paraplanner role.
Our office is located in Joondalup and this role is office based but with flexible work options.
Working in a small, close-knit team you will be an integral part of the firm which requires teamwork & respect for each other and our clients.
The successful applicant would have a strong work ethic and prior experience.
On the job training will be provided and a career path mapped out for the successful applicant.
Job Responsibilities
Initial drafting of advice documents.
Complete Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documentation.
Preparation of various compliance documents and forms as required.
Complete administrative tasks for financial advisers.
Liaise with third parties such as, insurance companies, superannuation funds, banks and platform providers.
Provide ongoing support to the advisers and other team members.
Communicate with clients and respond to client queries when necessary.
Monitor workflow and regularly follow up any outstanding tasks.
Personal Skills, Education & Experience
Positive attitude and the ability to exercise initiative.
Strong team focus with ability to maintain personable and professional relationships.
Analytically minded and capable of generating and interpreting numerical data.
Proficiency in
- Microsoft Office suite of applications
- XPlan and XTools +
Excellent client service and good communication skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
A market driven salary package reflective of the successful candidate's skill set will be offered.
