Seeking Experienced Professional

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Advisor Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior advisors with client meetings and preparation of critical advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Advisers: Collaborate with senior financial advisors to deliver high-quality advice to clients.
  • Prepare File Notes: Develop detailed file notes and action items post-client meetings.
  • Liaise with External Paraplanners: Work closely with external paraplanners to develop comprehensive financial advice documents.
  • Coordinate Research: Conduct research, modelling, and calculations to support advice preparation.
  • Collaborate with Principal Advisers: Work collaboratively with principal advisers and the Client Services team to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • RG146 Qualification: Hold or be working towards RG146 qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Have minimum two years of demonstrable experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and desire to grow professionally.
  • Advanced Proficiency: Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
