Our office is located in Joondalup and this role is office based but with flexible work options. Working in a small, close-knit team you will be an integral part of the firm which requires teamwork & respect for each other and our clients.
The successful applicant would have a strong work ethic and prior experience.
On the job training will be provided and a career path mapped out for the successful applicant.
Job Responsibilities
- Initial drafting of advice documents.
Complete Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documentation.
Preparation of various compliance documents and forms as required.
- Complete administrative tasks for financial advisers.
- Liaise with third parties such as, insurance companies, superannuation funds, banks and platform providers.
- Provide ongoing support to the advisers and other team members.
- Communicate with clients and respond to client queries when necessary.
- Monitor workflow and regularly follow up any outstanding tasks.
Personal Skills, Education & Experience
- Positive attitude and the ability to exercise initiative.
- Strong team focus with ability to maintain personable and professional relationships.
- Analytically minded and capable of generating and interpreting numerical data.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office suite of applications
XPlan and XTools +
- Excellent client service and good communication skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
