About the Role
The Executive Coordinator provides quality advice and executive support and assistance to the Exeuctive Director and Regional Operations and Corporate Governance team.
This role coordinates the flow, preparation and development of high-level documents and requests to ensure information flow and communication between the regional office, departmental divisions and other stakeholders adheres to timelines and departmental requirements.
Responsibilities include
**The Executive Coordinator will**:
- Provide confidential advisory and executive support to assist in meeting the strategic and operational goals of the division.
- Coordinate the flow of briefs, submissions, reports and other material throughout the department, assisting in research and analysis to ensure the efficient and timely preparation of departmental briefs and correspondence responses.
