With over 3000 employees nationally across multiple sites, our client is centred to providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external, markets and consumers.

**About the Role**
You will be working alongside a young, vibrant and down-to-earth L&D team, and will partner with various stakeholders to develop the capability of their transport and warehouse supervisors, including designing content for both technical and soft skills. You will then roll out this training to the business, via e-learning, face to face facilitation, coaching and virtual training sessions.

You will also validate current training & assessment materials to ensure they are fit for purpose and manage all training records and compliance through the LMS.

There will be plenty of other projects to develop your skills whilst working with the L&D Manager to mature the function.

**About You**
To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:

- Self-starter with a great personality who is keen to step up and develop their craft.
- Previous experience in the Learning & Development space
- Comfortable with hands on work
- High attention to detail and a creative flare
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain and/or transport industry
