**The Role**

The
**Land Access (LASA) Lead** role is responsible for providing complex tactical land access advice, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and managing a team of Land Access Operatives to support the Genus Business Units and Contractors.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our Mulgrave Office and reporting directly to the
**Stakeholder Manager.**

**Essential Skills / Qualifications / Experience**
- Knowledge in Telecommunications Land Access Legislation.
- Experience in the Telecommunications Land Access Field, including stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills to support team members.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace, and how to monitor/reduce HSE risk.
- High level stakeholder relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable Skills / Experience**
- Experience in Construction and/or Utilities industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage, and meet deadlines and maintain high quality of work.
