Specialist Land Access Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide specialist technical support and advice to key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring land access and stakeholder engagement activities are effectively implemented, consistent with regulatory and policy frameworks.
This role will involve engaging with various external stakeholders, including Local Government Authorities, Statutory Approval Authorities, Utilities, corporate building owners, institutions, and strata managers across all programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice to internal and external stakeholders on land access and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy frameworks.
- Collaborate with delivery partners and internal customers to resolve enquiries, complaints, incidents, and objections.
