**Job Overview**

The Land Access Officer will be responsible for providing timely and accurate land access services to internal and external customers. This includes searching databases, preparing notices, managing complaints, and providing input into weekly and monthly reports.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Search databases and prepare land access and activity notices in accordance with client specifications and government regulations
  • Manage and action all complaints to a standard in a reasonable time frame as nominated in the contract documentation
  • Provide input into the weekly and monthly reports on land access progress as required

**Requirements:**

We are looking for an experienced administrator who has the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. You should have experience working in a role dealing with internal and external stakeholders and be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of land access management protocols is preferred but not essential - training will be provided.
