Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our members and visitors. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing front-of-house services such as reception, merchandising, and sales.

The Role

In this role, you will support our Learn To Swim program and carnivals with some kiosk work. You will also promote our centres' services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Offer information about memberships and have the knowledge to sell memberships when necessary
  • Promote our centres' services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers
  • Promote good public relations at all times
  • Contribute to the opening and closing of the centre according to security and safety procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • A positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages and point-of-sale systems
  • Experience in the leisure industry is desirable
  • A current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • A current CPR Certificate
  • A Police Check
  • A Working with Children Check
