Job Opportunity: Warehouse Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards in the warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in stock management, logistics, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and dispatch goods, verify against purchase orders, and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain organised storage, coordinate transport and courier services, and handle hazardous/sensitive materials appropriately.
  • Maintenance and Equipment: Report any repair needs and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in oil & gas, mining, or industrial sectors.
  • Licenses: A valid forklift and driver's license is required.
  • Skillset: Strong organisational skills, experience in stock control/inventory management, excellent communication skills, and basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
