Securing this role, you will be joining a truly global bank with ASX top 50 clients. In addition to your core credit analysis work, you will have the opportunity to work on regional projects, working in a small team where you will have a greater breadth and variety of work and a high degree of visibility to both senior management and offshore global clients.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Analysing financial statements of corporate and financial institutional borrower to provide advice on their financial standing and identification of risk.
- Conducting annual/interim reviews.
- Preparing cash flow forecasts and sensitivity analysis to establish the debt repayment capacity.
- Supporting Credit Analysis Unit within Sector Alignment, managing work flow to ensure that all work done onshore and offshore is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required quality standard.
- Secondary controls and quality checking of facility letters and financial covenants.

Requirements

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A solid understanding of credit issues with the ability to handle complex and numerical analysis, while keeping abreast of industry developments
- Corporate lending experience with good credit and financial analytical skills
- An excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a broad range of audiences.
- Self-motivation and proactivity to be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A strong team focus with excellent interpersonal skills
