Our client is a registered service provider for Home Care Packages (HCP) and Disability services (NDIS). Our client wants a Call Centre/Social Media Representative to join their Sydney office team. Role Overview
We rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with our valued customers with questions or concerns. We're seeking a highly skilled Call Centre/Social Media representative to join our client team, managing inbound and outbound leads.

As the voice of the companies, the Call Centre/Social Media representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be enthusiastic about helping our clients and driving their satisfaction.
Objectives of this role:
Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls on time. Handle social media messages and comments. Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessary. Identify client needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions. Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a caller's request, including follow-ups with the escalation team. Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organisational efficiency.Responsibilities:
Memories scripts for our services and refer to them during calls. Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately. Identify opportunities for driving partnerships, sales and revenue of the company's existing product suite and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate. Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all service, productivity, and quality objectives. Create and maintain a record of daily problems and remedial actions using a call Centre database. Leverage data and insights gathered by the call Centre to recommend and influence process improvements. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders.Benefits
