Here at Amazon we're seeking for a results driven Program Manager to support in the delivery of our Network Loss (NL) initiatives across our Australian Fulfillment Centers. As Fulfillment Center Network losses Program Manager, you'll be working in collaboration with both Operations and Central NL teams in identifying gaps while keeping strong control on losses triggered by operations utilizing tech, tools and metrics developed by rest of world central programs. This position can be based from either Sydney or Melbourne. Key job Responsibilities: - Work closely with the central NL program team to implement tech enablement, standardization of metrics, processes, and review mechanisms. - Analyze deviations from ideal processes and develop strategies to minimize losses triggered by operational misses. - Drive coordination with operational leaders and partners, utilizing tools and metrics developed by the central program. - Break down loss buckets by assignable causes and develop input metrics to track and improve performance. - Represent AU Operations NL losses in WBR/MBR cadences and and collaborate on improvement initiatives with wider stakeholders outside operations - Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities in network loss reduction to senior management. - Adapt and implement best practices from other markets to the local context.
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field,
- Experience in driving process improvements across program requirements,
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules,
- Experience in Kaizen methodology,
- Experience in root cause analysis.
