Australian Network Losses Operations Programme Lead

Delivering results-driven solutions requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, collaboration and technical expertise. As a Network Losses Program Manager in Australian Fulfillment Centres, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of our network loss initiatives across the country.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with central NL program team to implement technology enablement, standardize metrics, processes and review mechanisms to drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyse deviations from ideal processes and develop strategies to minimize losses triggered by operational misses, focusing on root cause analysis and Kaizen methodology.
  • Drive coordination with operational leaders and partners, utilizing tools and metrics developed by the central program to enhance stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Break down loss buckets by assignable causes and develop input metrics to track and improve performance, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Represent AU Operations NL losses in WBR/MBR cadences and collaborate on improvement initiatives with wider stakeholders outside operations, adapting and implementing best practices from other markets to the local context.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics or a related field.
  • Experience in driving process improvements across program requirements, including experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organisation.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Experience in root cause analysis, Kaizen methodology and process improvement.
